Cancellations
Up to 72 hours before
You can cancel up to 72 hours before your session. We will issue a gift voucher for the amount paid, valid for one year. Payments are not refunded.
Date changes
Flexibility with advance notice
Free of charge up to 72 hours before your session. Changes between 72 and 24 hours before cost €20. No changes are accepted during the final 24 hours.

Choosing your experience
What is an escape room?
It is a team experience in a themed space. You have a limited amount of time to investigate, solve puzzles and complete a mission.
How many people can play?
The Brewery and Bunker are designed for groups of 2 to 6. Larger groups can book both rooms, arrange several sessions or explore The Pyramid and our business experiences.
How much does it cost?
Prices start at €21 per person. The exact price depends on the number of players and is shown before you confirm your booking.
Which languages can we play in?
Both Bunker and The Brewery can be played in English, Spanish or Catalan. The welcome, story introduction and hints are available in your chosen language, and the puzzles do not require fluency in Spanish or Catalan.
Can we book before our trip or while we are in Barcelona?
Yes. Check the live calendar on our games page, choose a room, date and available time, and select your game language when booking. You can plan ahead before travelling or check availability during your stay. Every session is subject to availability. Check availability and book.
Is it scary, and are we really locked in?
This is not a horror experience. For safety, you can always leave. The challenge is to complete the mission before time runs out.
Can I participate if I don’t like beer?
Yes, drinking is not required to progress in The Brewery. It is an escape room designed for everyone, where groups of friends, families or co-workers can have a great time.
Can I choose the final beer?
Yes, you can choose between Estrella Damm, Daura or FreeDamm.
Can pregnant women participate?
Yes! Many have already taken part. As mentioned earlier, drinking is not required and there are no critical points that require physical agility.
I played years ago. Is it worth returning?
The game has new challenges and more technology, but the setting is still the same. If you have already played, we recommend The Brewery for a different story.
Booking and payment
Booking step by step
How do booking and payment work?
Choose the room, date, time and number of players. To confirm the booking, pay €40 online; this is part of the total price. Pay the remaining balance at the venue on the day of your game.
How do we book both rooms?
Make two separate bookings: one for The Brewery and one for Bunker. Choose available times that suit your group and pay the €40 deposit for each booking. For larger groups or special arrangements, contact us.
I left the booking process and the time slot has disappeared. What happened?
When you start a booking, the time slot is held temporarily for about 5 minutes. If you do not complete the booking, it is released automatically. Wait a few minutes and refresh the calendar. If it is still unavailable, someone else may have booked it.
What should I do if payment fails or I do not receive a confirmation email?
Check your spam folder and whether a payment was charged. If the system shows an error or you cannot find the confirmation, email info@enigmik.com with the booking name, game, date and time. We will check the booking status before you try to pay again.
Planning your visit
On the day
Do we need to arrive on time?
Yes. Allow plenty of time to arrive and follow the instructions sent by email. A delay of 15 minutes may mean we have to cancel the session to avoid affecting the following groups.
Can we come without a booking?
We cannot guarantee an available room. The best way to secure your game is to book online. For last-minute availability, call +34 93 280 74 12.
What level of mobility is needed?
Bunker does not require special physical ability and may be better suited to people with reduced mobility. The Brewery includes a few places where you need to crouch or climb a small set of stairs, although alternative routes are available. Contact us before booking so we can advise you.
What is the minimum age?
Players over 14 can play without adult supervision. Children under 12 can take part with an accompanying adult, although the puzzles are mainly designed for adults. Minors do not take part in the final tasting at The Brewery.
How much time should we allow for the visit?
Allow about 100 minutes for Bunker and 110 minutes for The Brewery, including the welcome, the game and the end of the experience. Arrive in good time for your booked session.
Where are you and how do we get there?
We are at Carrer del Rosselló 508, 08026 Barcelona. By metro, use Sant Pau | Dos de Maig (L5) or Encants (L2). See the map on our contact page.
Where can we park?
We recommend Garatge Carles, with its entrance at Passatge de la Independència 17. Another option is BSM Mercat Sagrada Família, with its entrance at Carrer de Mallorca 435. Check availability and rates directly with each car park.
After booking
Changes, gifts and groups
Can we change the number of players?
Yes, up to a maximum of 6 per room. We will update your booking and settle the price difference when you arrive. You can also add players to a gift voucher by paying the difference.
Can we give a gift without choosing a date?
Yes. Gift vouchers are valid for one year, and the recipient can choose a date later. Vouchers are emailed as a PDF, and special physical formats are also available at our venue.
How do we redeem a gift voucher?
Open the booking calendar and choose your game, date and time. In the form, select the gift ticket or promotional code option and enter the code on your voucher. If the code is rejected, contact us and we will help.
What if there are more than 6 of us?
You can split into two groups, book both rooms a few minutes apart, or choose The Pyramid for 10–20 participants. We also design tailored experiences for businesses and events.
